As the weather starts to heat up, New Yorkers begin to think of ways to cool down, and during the summer, there is no better way to cool down than enjoying some ice cream or water ice. One of the most intriguing items on the menu is something called The Harvest. It’s presented it a pot like a plant, but the “dirt” is made up of berries, cheesecake, raspberry sorbet, and other goodies. The dessert bar also offers a catering menu that’s a great idea for parties at work or home.
